- 1 cup buckwheat
- 2,5 cups mineral water
- your favorite seasoning & salt
- Step 1 Put one cup of buckwheat and two cups of water into a bowl
- Step 2 Put aside for at least 3 hours
- Step 3 Remove the water
- Step 4 Rinse groats with fresh water
- Step 5 Blend groats with 1/2 cup of water
- Step 6 Fry until golden

Buckwheat Pancakes Recipe
Take one cup of buckwheat groats and two cups of natural mineral water and pour everything into a bowl. Cover it with a cloth (so no unwanted additions can make their way inside :))Cover the and leave for 3 hours or even all night if you can afford the time.
Drain all the water from the bowl and then rinse the groats with fresh water.
Blend groats with 1/2 cup of water until thick consistency and add salt. Feel free to use any of your favorite seasoning along with it.
Then simply fry on a dry frying pan until golden.
Serve with baked vegetables like peppers, cauliflower or anything you feel is appropriate.
